For the 5th time, Quest lab sends me a bill for my lab draw. For the 5th time, I am providing them with my insurance information. My impression of Quest as a company: disorganized,chaotic,unprofessional.
It is surreal that I, once again, need to provide them with insurance information.
There is something seriously wrong.
The last time my wife went, the technician was drawing blood without washing her hands before my wifes draw. As an RN, she was too stunned to speak, but did report it to our physician.
Things are not looking bright for Quest.
