Mr. Rust, My vehicle was hit by one of your insured on May 4th, 2017 – Edward B Rust Jr email address

Paul Proffitt sent a message to Edward B. Rust, Jr. - chairman of the board and chief executive officer of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company Email Address that said:

Mr. Rust,
My vehicle was hit by one of your insured on May 4th, 2017. Claim # 42-1517-1V8, and since that time I have provided photos of damage, a estimate to fix my vehicle and the name of the repair facility. I was told that I can pick my repair facility of choice as there were no recommendations of someone local to me. Today, May 22, 2017, I have tried contacting the supposed claims center and continue to get a run around. One has to wonder why a company doesnt have a local estimator that would solve the issues and be able to provide a timely fix from an accident of YOUR companies insured. I will be sure that the BBB and consumer advocates has a complaint filed with the way your company does business. All I am asking is that my vehicle is fixed with the recommendations from the auto repair facility.
I do want to say how your company fails to communicate or follow through with anything except collect premiums for insurance that you dont provide claims on. I am sure that the local news will also love to get ahold of how business is conducted and, who knows perhaps it can make national headlines to show what type of company State Farm really is. I would ask for you to reply, but I suspect that you are no different than anyone else in your organization.
