Mr. Rutledge,
We have been with twc now for at least 4 years now. Every time the company changes hands we get unhappy service, we have called and complaint about the shows we are watching get broke up, internet shuts down for a few minutes all day long, get sounds on phone. They have send people out and they always tell us that it is fixed, yeah for maybe 1 hour. Plus the last service person told use we get changed for them coming out and that is bull, it is not my fault your company can not fix our problem! We am tired for paying so much for this kind of service, if it cannot be fix just tell us and we will from another service and pay a lot less. We feel your company is being unfair to the people that have been with your company to be getting this kind of service and having to pay an hand and a leg for, we didnt get any great brake for coming back to cable.
