Mr. Rutledge, I am writing you this notice to voice my dissatisfaction regarding the fee – Thomas M Rutledge email address

Mr. Rutledge,
I am writing you this notice to voice my dissatisfaction regarding the fee increase for Cable TV and internet. I am sure that my issue is of little concern to you but I am still going to send you this regardless. I have been a customer since long before 2001. I was with Insight , Time Warner Cable and now Spectrum. Today my service was abruptly cut off due to the new box necessary for service. In order to continue service my bill will increase $40.00 a month. This is ridiculous. Cable and internet cost before the box requirement is $134.00 monthly and now it will be $174.00. As of today I am researching other options and will discontinue my service with Spectrum. I realize that one customer (me) discontinuing service will not have any effect on your company. Hopefully your company will realize this is not a benefit to the consumer. Consumers should not have to suffer for mediocre service. The claims of a more secure signal is a smoke screen to get more money. A one time fee to each customer would more than cover the cost of this upgrade. Instead each customer is being gouged with a monthly rental fee for the box. This is a joke. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Susan Lacy
