Mr Rutledge, for the last 20 years we have been loyal customers of Warner/Spectrum cable providers. We recently moved and have had the hardest time communicating with Spectrum personnel to have internet service in our home. We have called, we have gone down to the office, we have called again. No one listens to what needs to be done. We have had lines cut and need new lines buried but no one puts that in the system especially after telling us it was put in. Finally today, my birthday, they come to set us up. What do they tell us, our lines are cut and no one can put new lines in for 5-7 days. Your bio says you were top in leadership. So why then do you have trouble leading your employees to do their job? To put it lightly, Your company sucks big time. Unfortunately, all of the cable companies do too so we are stuck with your?s.
