Mr. Rutledge, Hi, congratulations on your acquisition of brighthouse. Just a note to express to you of my disappointment in your company policy for spectrum. i am a brighthouse customer, i started with earthlink and was automatically switched to brighthouse and have been with them and a loyal customer never missing a single payment for 14 years, then i see spectrum is taking over brighthouse and is offering a great special deal for 39.99 a month 100mbps down and i think 10 mbps up which is way better than what i have now, which is 10mbps down and 1mbps up and that costs me 55 dollars a month. so i thought i would apply for that deal only to be told i was not "eligible" because i was already a customer, so im suppose to just accept and be happy with paying more and getting 90 mbps less down. i am not happy at all and who ever came up with this company policy just for the bottom line and to hell with the customers is surely going to put this company in the dumpster.
