Mr. Rutledge,
I just wanted to let you know how my experience with your company was. I am currently a customer of ATT and was going to switch to your company because of the higher internet speed you offer. I called and made an appointment for installation which I was told (and have a recording of) would be Dec. 22nd between 10 and 11 am. So I take the day off work to be available for your installation person. 11 am came and went with no one showing up. I called the customer service department and was told my appointment was Dec 23rd between 10 and 11 am. I played the recording for the customer service rep to hear and they simply said it was a mistake and there was nothing they could do. So now it seems I must lose two days wages to simply get internet services connected. I later called back to speak to a supervisor who informed me they would try to get someone out today Dec 22nd and they would call me back within the hour. This did not happen either. If this is an example of how your company runs I don't believe I want any part of it as a customer. I think I will stick with ATT and just pay a bit more for a faster package through them. At least they have dependable customer service. I would love to discuss this with you,
