Mr. Rutledge,
I never thought that i would be so upset that it comes to this. Writing a letter to the President , CEO of Charter Communication. I know you may not get my e-mail it will probably get screened, but I am taking a chance in hopes you will get to read my complaint. I made an appointment for a service call to my house. I woke up early, let the dogs out, made coffee and waited for a Spectrum technician to come. My text message said a technician was on his way. According to the technician he had supposedly call us. After speaking to Kevin at escalations, he reassured me, he can have someone come between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. I sat here in my foyer decorating my little Christmas and watched Spectrum cell phone tracker stating that the technician was on Joyland, a block over. I looked out my glass door and watched Mr. Technician drive through my cul-de-sac, I reached to open the door and the van continued to drive off. I immediately called the cable company. Expressed my concerned, the representative was apologetic and said the technician described my house, got out of the van rang my doorbell twice. Incredible! Both technician not only lied, neither of them have integrity. Here is my concerned, these techs and reps may not think my time or anyone elses time is not valuable. I had other plans, I cancelled. I also figured if I miss morning service, I can go to the afternoon service. That did not happen. Now I am cancelling my plans again for next weekend. Something that is suppose to be an easy fix has turned out to be such a big mess. My husband and I are firm believers when it comes to INTEGRITY! If my and was to pull this stunt with our patients we would accountable for our actions. When I ask the first representative Kevin how can I get a hold of corporate, he said customers cannot contact corporate. The second escalation rep said, I can speak to his supervisor but there is nothing that he will able to do for us. All I want is fairness, screen the people you hire thoroughly. Those techs were deceitful and not trust worthy.
