Mr. Rutledge, I signed on with TWC in 9/2000. 17 long years, I have been plagued with cable problems. When I joined the 3 prong plan, I became plagued with internet and phone problems. Its a joke now with my friends and family, now many times they cannot get through to me on the er, old-fashioned LAND LINE....Only today have I had a Spectrum tech (oh, hero..) here who discovered my wires were old and even had holes in them! What do you think about such a history, and why none of the techs ever found the problem? Can we talk?
