Mr. Rutledge, I truly apologize for coming to you, but I cant get anywhere with your people. I managed a lowes for 8 years and never treated my customers like your co. Does. I have been with time warner for years and now with Spetrum which is crazy for cable. I have tried for 8 mo. To try get a cheaper package, but have been told time and time again I cant.. Thats a lie. If you want to keep business, something can always be worked out.. Your employees are rude and dont want to help. That should be 1st priority to help your customers.. Direct TV has a good bundle deal going on, and if I have to go this way, u better believe I will post in blogs and other social media how awful your co. Is. Theres no reason I should not be able to change a few things for a cheaper bill.. If I didnt have I would drop it in minute and post to all social media what a rip off spectrum is. You are the highest... If you cant help me I want me service canceled and I am not pYing anything.. You should owe me, for how many times the service goes out.. I want a cheaper bill ASAP .
