Mr. Rutledge, I'm contacting you out of frustration. I've tried every other way, email, phone, office contact all to no avail. I was a loyal customer of yours for years. I moved to a new home in a sub-division Charter services but not my street! I was told it was too expensive to do the construction to connect our street. Mr. Rutledge, mine is the first of 8 new homes (second already built and sold) can you afford not to service this potential? I've even had my builder LS Homes talk with your people but he also gets run a round. At this moment I have no land line phone, had to purchase a "smart phone" for internet (very expensive) and had to sign a 2 year contract with Direct TV because Charter would not connect me in this sub-division. Seven more homes will be faced with the same problem. Please help.
