Mr. Rutledge I've been a customer of your company for almost a year now. I'm still waiting to get the NHL network in my Carrollton Texas home. I was told on at four different occasions I needed to purchase a sports pass package. I did so no NHL network. After being different stories on each occasion still no NHL network. Finally I'm told because of my zip code I am unable to receive this. I find this crazy. I live in an area with an NHL team the Dallas Stars. This request doesn't seem to be unreasonable to me. After all this you could easily lose a customer. I would appreciate any help resolving this. Thank You
