Mr. Rutledge, my name is Mary Mason. My husband and I have been customers of Charter/Spectrum since we moved to Missouri in 2003.

For the past two years, at least, I have tried everything to get my billing to be sent via e-mail. I have been in the local office and I have tried calling on line. For some reason, every time, whether it is me or one of your employees, the information gets changed back to "mail" delivery. Local and phone representatives are very nice but each and every time I get "it should work!"

I would think I cannot be the only Charter customer with this issue....but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could "fix" this for me/your company. You would get the benefit of cost savings of not printing and mailing a billing and I would get the security of my bill coming via e-mail.
