Mr. Rutledge, thanks to your esteemed guidance (broadband pricing and halted expansion of TWC's MAXX upgrades) which only shows how out of touch you are with what your customers want I have decided to drop your company for TV service as has most of my family recently. If broadband packages and pricing transfer to existing TWC customers I'll drop that too. You may think you have a captive customer base but you are mistaken.
