Mr. Rutledge this is the third time I am emailing you about the service at my 94 year old mother house. As of todays date her television is not working and she called the local office they tried to reboot it and they cannot. You have had someone from your company contact me and 2 occasion to resolve this issue that by mother has had since she got charter. There has been about 10 different people sent out to fix all of the problems and no one has the knowledge to repair it. This is my final email that I am sending to you with the hope that you can send the right person to resolve all of the issues she has had. Also let me say that through out all of the problems she has had she has PAID for this service. You have not credited her one copper penney. She is not going to wait 2 or 3 days for someone to come out. I am going to call one of your supervisor that was given to us a while back.
