Mr. Rutledge, we have been with charter since 1998 and have paid our bills on time.
We had Miss Dig spot the utilities in our front yard due to us wanting to replace a large tree that was lost in a wind storm. Charter showed up in the middle of the area we were planting the new tree.
We called customer service and they had a guy come out in a few days. He was a single line guy and said construction would have to review the situation. We told him, we would not pay to have the hard line moved but needed to know the parameters for the new tree planting.
He made a call and we were told the construction representative would be here 6/4/17.
We have repeatedly called to find out when, without any results and have been sitting at home all day.
We were promised via phone by customer service and by Chat that dispatch was contacted to call us.
As of 5:30PM eastern, we have heard NOTHING.
How many more days should we wait?
