Mr. Rutledge, When Spectrum first took over the best cable company ever, Bright House, I wrote to you about their customer service personnel. I can tell the difference in support if I get one that was not originally with Bright House but they have been OK until now. I have a charge for Echo Home Networking of $3.00 a month on my bill. I have bee working on government contracts and recently decided to retire giving myself time to read everything / bill I pay. The ONLY one I found an issue with is that Spectrum has been charging me for something I have never had or used. They said they would take it off now but all the months I have paid it, too bad, I should have noticed. Really? It is my job for them to know their jobs? I am worried that Spectrum is not nearly the company Bright House was including the ala carte station choices. Very disappointed and wanted you to know because my letter about Bright House to you originally was well received. I hope this will be as well, Regards, Sandra
