Mr. Rutledge,

I know youre a busy man and my inquiry would be very minor in the magnitude of circumstances you deal with on a daily basis. With that being said I have attempted to get information from others at Spectrum regarding my situation with no definitive answers. My situation is that I have been living in my house for 17 years and Time Warner/Spectrum cable TV/Internet has never been available where I live. I do not live in the boonies as a matter fact I live off a well-known road and Dish network and Direct TV are available but not Spectrum and Ive jumped through hoops for years with then Time Warner customer service to find out if it will ever become available in my area and no one can really give me an answer except Ive been told that its not possible due to an encroachment clause that Time Warner signed off on to let dish/direct to have this area or just not at this time. This area is growing more and more and I just cant figure out after so many years that Time Warner now Spectrum will not venture into this area. I know that your customer base would rise considerably if Spectrum was available as we and many of my neighbors are very unsatisfied with dish/direct TV service but there is not a lot that can be done due to they are the only provider in the area.
Im not a businessman but its interesting to me that if you see a Home Depot on one side of the street there is always a Lowes on the other side because they want a part of the action. Im hoping you would be able to maybe get Spectrum a part of the action here in this area. I thank you for your time and if you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer any you might have.

Thank You
Gary
