Could you please stop bullying me about changing my plan with Spectrum/Time Warner. I will change it in due time, when the rush is over and the service will be better. First you dropped my original speed from 60 MBPs to 20 then tell me if I change plans I will get 60. Dont tell me you did not, I know the difference, and the changein speed started coincidently when the letters to change started arriving. Now you have gone up on my monthly rate 2.00 for no reason, another bullying tactic. Right now the local pervice people in the Wells/Ogunquit Maine area are very busy, there have been difficulties with switching over, which is why I am waiting. Just please stop bullying!
