Mr. Rutledge,

I wanted to email you regarding an issue that I experienced with your business phone service this past Friday, December 1st. You might not be aware of this but there was a system wide issue with Spectrum phone service that Friday night. We noticed about 5pm and I tried to get through to a representative but could not. About 3 hours later when I was able to get through they explained that is was an issue across the Carolinas and there was no ETA when to fix this. To make things worse the call forwarding back up was also unavailable. My business basically did not have phone service for about 5 hours or more that Friday night. I understand that this was a situation probably out of everyones control. However, we are a pizza restaurant and Friday night is our busiest night for take out. This outage cost me at least a quarter of my sales for the day around $1500. This is a huge amount for a small pizza business like ours. I would never expect to be compensated for that amount however a 1 month credit on our bill would go a long way in resolving the situation.
