I would assume most of the e-mails that you receive get read by someone. I hope this one finds its way to you. I am a long time customer and I dont make changes to my home Internet/TV on a whim. However my latest recent challenges with your company has caused me to contact you. Both TV and Internet outages and the time I either spend on the phone correcting them or waiting on a tech person to arrive at my home is cause for concern on if I want to continue paying an expensive bill to your company. Appointments made, time off of work, just to call looking for the tech to show and then be told that we cancelled the appointments when we didnt isnt acceptable.
