My bill has jumped up from $148.96 to $171.59 I have contacted your representatives about my bill they could reduce it to $163 and some change. I find this disturbing. Your company gives packages for New Customer but there is no loyalty to existing customers. Also, there are no discounts for Veterans or Senior Citizens. It seems a shame to loose a long term customer for a approximately twenty-two dollars a month less than ten percent. I doubt if you will respond to a loyal customer for over twenty yeas.
