Mr. Rutledge,
I am one of your customers through of Spectrum, internet service! I have talked to your representatives about why my internet service is so high, they respond to me saying that that is the best price offered unless I do the triple offer, which includes Internet, Phone and T.V., I ask what if I dont need all three and just need the internet! they replied, that they dont offer a better price! I am paying around $55 dollars for just Internet! I ask about the Low Income offer for people on Social Security, they replied that was available in my area! I am 73 years old, a veteran! Why do they offer this to others and not to another who is qualified! I guess what I am Asking, is there something you or your Company ca do to get my rate Lower than $40 dollars? Would appreciate any help you could generate in this mater! Looking forward to your reply, if not, then I will have to leave your service, its just too hi, for my limited income! Thank you for your time in reading this and all assistance will be appreciated!
