Mr. Rutledge,
I am writing to you as a senior citiizen in Schenectady, New York. I have been a customer of Time Warner Cable for many years. Now that Spectrum has acquired this cable company the rates are ridiculous and when you try to get anyone to lower your rates it is literally impossible. I was told to discontinue my service for a month and then perhaps I would be eligible to get a package deal, are you kidding me!!!!! I am telling you that many people are looking to other sources for cable TV and internet services. For many senior citizens this is their only enjoyment (my dad is legally blind but enjoys listening to the TV. I hope that you will consider perhaps making a separate package that we can afford, or you may be surprised at how many customers you might be losing.
