I am disputing a charge on our bulk account. Since November I have been told that someone would get back to me in 7 to 10 days. Customer service reps I have spoken to indicate that the matter was escalated to a leadership team yet no one I have spoken to claims to have authority to address my concerns. A very bad customer service experience for me. All I ask is the name and phone number of a person with authority who handles bulk accounts for internet. Thank you.
