Mr Rutledge,
I received a letter from your company about 4 mo, ago about your intent to increase my TV and Internet Service. It was actually partially delayed until this month in which I did get an increase, I stated that your service is not worth your charges to me and you should have some incentives to keep your old customers which you don't seem to have. My service is not worth more than $125 to me!! If you can't keep it in this range let me know before you increase my bill so I can go with another company !
