Mr. Schulman: I purchased merchandise through PayPal on May 18,2016. I followed all steps required to return the item and still have not received my refund. After several attempts to work with your representatives, I was told I would receive the funds no later than Au. 4th, and still it has not been issued. Please assist as I will find it difficult to utilize PayPal in the future.
