Norma sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Mr Schuman, I am having much difficulty being allowed to attain money that is mine, through a proper sale from PayPal. Most recently, I sold an item, in which the money was and is of great need only to be reprimanded by paypal who once again, placed my money for my item on hold. My Paypal $50.00 was released after 1 hour on hold sir. I was treated with rude and degrading harshness. I am so disappointed in this company. The sale was very necessary. I have been with Paypal for just short of 2 years. Although I have not sold numerous items I am building. Why the punishment? Please answer me either by fixing the problem on my account or reaching out to me. sincerely Norma
