Mr. Slager, I have lived in Fairfield, CA for almost 40 years. I contacted your local office to arrange for someone to handle my garbage because foot surgery prevents me from rolling the carts to the curb with my knee scooter. Ms. Gomez gave me a deadline for submission of my doctors letter. I have the FedEx fax verification but my garbage was not picked up on Thursday (due to record temps, the smell is horrific). I obtained an e-mailed copy from my employer which I forwarded on Friday, 9-1-17, to Ms. Gomez asking for verification that she received it. I have received nothing. Can you help me???
