Mr. Slager,
I have made numerous phone calls and pleas to your company for a replacement trash can for six weeks now. I am located at 827 skybrook falls drive in Huntersville nc. I have called nearly every Friday for at 6 weeks with no resolve. The lid on my container is missing a hinge pin and when it is dumped the trash partially goes in your truck and partially in the street. It is ridiculous that i now have to spend time emailing you over something so trivial. I have had several people promise resolution and would "call me back". However as it stands I just came in from again removing my trash from my neighbors lawn. Billy
