Mr. Slager, My Township recently switched our garbage service to your company. Last week our pickup was missed. After calling another state, apparently Michigan does not have a Call Center, I was told pickup would be three days later. They did show up on that day but only picked up from one neighbor. I still cant figure that one out. I have now called 5 days in a row and been assured they would be out the following day. As I send this, my garbage is still sitting at the end of my driveway, five days later. Its not that I mind them missing us last week, I mind being lied to each day for a service Im paying for. A person is only as good as his word. What should I think of your Company? Sue A Ott
