Thank you for your military service, I too am a veteran. I served from 91-2008 and loved every minute of it. However that is not why i am writing. I have used Fedex for about three months now. I am a woodworker by trade and sell online. Since being with your company, i have lost several pieces (broken), recently i lost 175.00 not including shipping. My claim was denied...."improperly packaged" sounds like a standing order. I have pictures proving it was dropped and stacked on, precisely what i wrote on the box to not do. My shop consists of myself and my fourteen year old who i am teaching that pride and craftsmanship are important. My only income is my woodworking and Va compensation, i can not afford an almost 250.00 loss. I am already having trouble believing that billion dollar companies can not afford to give decent shipping rates to small mom and pop shops when amazon can almost ship for free. I would love your help in this manner and would love to talk to you more about it if you had time to call me.
