Syed sent a message to Frederick W. Smith Founder, Chairman, and CEO, FedEx Corporation – email address that said:
Mr.Smith,
With great disappointment I am forced to bring this ever concerning issue to your notice because a false claim made by your firm, has not yet delivered my package.
On 26th Oct 2016, a package containing medicines was marked priority overnight and sent from Mumbai. Still haven't received it. What's worse is the fact that the tracking information shows it delivered and received by someone else and they fail to reveal the delivery proof.
When it is addressed to Mr.Syed ILYAS Pasha, someone else receives it, none of your representatives are available to serve my request. Why do you make false claims when you cannot fulfill them?
This is by far the worst thing to have happened!!
I expect you to take an immediate action and give me a commitment failing which I will be forced to approach the con
