I am sorry to be writing to you in these terms but I am incredibly frustrated by the response I am receiving to a complaint. A CEO of a large international firm I found it powerful to hear them from my clients and you may like to look at mine. This is my last note to your Front of House Manger in New Delhi Aerocity.
