Mr Sorenson,
I hope you are well. I can only imagine how busy you are. Recently though priceline I booked 2 hotel rooms using their express option. We are staying at the Courtyard Indianapolis At the Capital. I have checked out your hotel and am very excited about going there. Your hotel looks very nice. I have stayed downtown Indianapolis before and know that there is usually a fee for parking because the lot isn't owned by the hotel. It is usually valet or underground where the car is safer. This parking lot at the hotel I am staying at looks like a regular parking lot owned by the hotel. Is there anyway the parking fee per night could be waved? Also, i noticed that this three star hotel does not have a continental breakfast but a restaurant instead. After spending over $1000 for a week staying there (which is a lot to most people) is there anyway to get vouchers or anything for the restaurant? If not, I understand, but had to see if there was anything you could do. My family and I are looking forward to our stay at your hotel. Thanks for your time and have a great day.
Eric
