Last August I was staying at a Residence Inn in Warrenville, IL, when my diamond stud earrings were stolen by a hotel maid. The maid was subsequently arrested and charged with felony theft. I filed a claim with Marriott, but your insurer is employing delaying tactics in compensating me. I am a Platinum Premier member and have spent 27 months of the past six years residing in one or the other of your facilities. My experiences with Marriott have been very positive except for this one. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me with this matter; it is being handled by Jordan and Kyra of Liberty Mutual out of their London, KY office. Thank you for any consideration.
