Mr. Stack, I have been a customer of Dicks for a long time and never had any trouble before. Until now. I purchased one pair of boots at your store online, which they were in stock, paid with a gift card from your store for $129.00, $40 reward credit and $11.54 from my bank account. I waited for a few weeks then called customer service to find out where my boots were and found out they were cancelled. They sent the email to someone else. Then I asked for my money back and they said I will be receiving it shortly. A few weeks later I had to call again and wanted a supervisor but they associate said they would take care of it. A new card would be sent out and my bank account will be credited and I would not lose my $40 rewards. The money was suppose to be in my account on Monday, and it was not. I did receive the new credit card for $129.00. But did not receive my $40 rewards back. I should not lose the rewards because of an error on your companies part. Also I ordered online using the $129.00 credit card and ordered a BLUE Nike sweatshirt. What I received was a GREY Nike sweatshirt. The order form says BLUE not Grey. I do not know what is going on with your company but they are making me a very unsatisfied customer. They tell you one thing and do something else and not to say how long you wait on the phone for a representative to help. I would appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.
