I need your help! I have placed an order through your sister stores, Field and Stream Shop , on November 29th) my order has not shipped. Your Customer Service Department, who I have contacted almost daily, finally tells me that the item is backordered. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep. this morning (Dick's) and was told the item IS in stock. Please help me. . Doesn't it seem unreasonable to place an order and 10 days later have NO idea when or if you'll receive the shipment.
