Mr. Steiner - I know you're busy so I will cut to the chase. I have had the worst customer service experience with your Marietta, GA team. I have called 7 times this week (since Monday) to get my recycling removed. No one has come. I was told every day since Monday that they would come. I wonder how you'd feel if you were in my shoes. I have received terrible customer service from Nitiea in the Marietta, GA service center. I have asked to speak with Charlotte Brewer, the Manager of the center. She never gets back to me. I have tried contacting Paul Paulsen, the Manager in charge of dispatch of drivers. Again, she doesn't get back to me either.
I wonder what it takes for someone at the company to do their job and be courteous, respectful and do the services that I pay for? Do you want to be treated this way? I hope you pass this along to someone who may care to treat me with respect.
