Christine sent a message to Joseph R. Swedish – President and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem, Inc. Email Address that said:
Mr. Swedish,
I realize that you’re a very busy person but I feel the need to share the following email sequence that recently took place between me and an Anthem customer service advocate:
To Whom It May Concern: I called the phone number on the back of my Anthem ID card this afternoon and was connected with the best customer service representative. I regret that I did not get her name but I want you to know that she was personable and incredibly knowledgeable. She has able to answer all my questions in a timely and efficient manner. I greatly appreciate positive experiences in customer service and feel that this employee should be recognized for providing such a positive experience. Thank You, Christine
I received the following response:

While I should have logged into my own account, my husband and I are on the same policy and my computer was previously logged into account, I fail to see how that matters in this situation.
Sincerely,
Christine
