Mr. Toyoda I’m sad to inform you that Toyota has lost my business as a loyal – Akio Toyoda email address

Jerry sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:

Mr. Toyoda I'm sad to inform you that Toyota has lost
my business as a loyal customer, over a design flaw in
secondary air flow system on my 2011 tundra, a flaw
that your company has known about an have recall on models 2007-2010 but have not extended to newer models.

This flaw puts my truck into limp mode and makes it very dangerous to drive i fear for my life as
driving it.

I took it to my dealership they quoted me a price of $1700.00 to fix. I also call Toyota they told
me there is nothing they would do

The lady i spoke to said her boss would call me
Monday, but i do not see any change.
I inform them that if Toyota can't do anything to fix this i will be calling after Monday my local news station and taking to social media about how dangerous and life threatening this is and that Toyota doesn't care.

It saddens me to have to go to this extreme because i love Toyota products, I own a 96 Tacoma
that has over 500,000 miles on it that has been a trusted vehicle. My wife owns a 2007 Lexus that also is very trustworthy and we are also in the market to purchase her a new vehicle but it will
not be a Toyota if i have to take care of this myself.

I also inform my wife if i get kill or kill someone
from driving this vehicle before i can get it fix
is to sue Toyota.

I'm sorry again to go to this extreme but i feel i have no
other avenues and i really love Toyota products
but this is what it has come to.

if you can see a way to
save my love of Toyota products.

Jerry
