Mr Travis – I\'ve had an extremely frustrating experience with your customer service team over – Nigel Travis email address

Mr Travis -

Ive had an extremely frustrating experience with your customer service team over the last 24hrs. I put an inquiry through your website, then followed up with a phone call after 2 response emails didnt address the concern. You see, I have an allergy to some artificial sugar substitutes. So, because your flavor shots are sugar free, I assume that there is some substitute in there. However, WHICH substitute is not available online. Your customer care team says they are not provided that information from the supplier. The FDA requires that the information about that be on the label. I find it 100% unacceptable that customer service has no idea what ingredients are in your products, so that when someone, like myself, with food allergies calls, they cant provide that information. Ive requested this information from Starbucks, McDonalds, and other brands, and have had no trouble obtaining this information. Why this information is not available online, or at the very least to your customer care team, I can not comprehend. I would appreciate it if you, or a member of your team could contact me. I simply need to know what is the sugar substitute in your product.
