Mr. Urcelay I have been a customer of Toys r Us for around 8 yrs always loving your store! I refuse to shop at Wal Mart for anything and this past Nov I ordered my son a Colossal 48in Ninja Turtle that was lost by Ups and Toys r Us no longer had it in stock so I had to get a refund. In this same order I bought other items and used two methods of payment. 100 on a gift card and 200 or 300 on my credit card. Your staff insisted on putting it back on a gift card I no longer had because I threw it away thinking there was no need to keep it. Now 2 months later and a hell of a nightmare I still don't have my $74.19. My reference number is 141211-006094. Just today a customer service manager I formed me she was doing me a favor by trying to help me. Her name was Zaira. I AM FURIOUS AND I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
