With 25 years experience, I have seen that when the retailer opens their company to several assembly companies that the response time and quality of workmanship increases.
We have talked with several members of your management teams in area that we serve and there is a general consensus that the quality is lacking in the present company serving ToyRUS.
I will be the first to say that we can not cover every store but we can more than cover the Great Atlanta market.
