Mr Urcelay,

My name is Jack and I am emailing you for assistance in resolving an issue that I am having with Toys R US. I am an evangelist for Toys R Us and spend on average roughly $ 5,500.00 per year in Toys R US stores. This is the reason I am emailing you. On Feb 1 2016, I purchased a Nabi Big Tab for my grandson for his birthday. Approximately a week ago the tablet would no longer charge. I contacted Nabi and they promptly replied that I should return it for the store for an exchange. I tried to return exchange the product to Toys R Us and they informed me that they would not accept the return because I only have 15 days from the date of purchased to return an item to Toy R Us. As you can imagine how deeply disappointed I am with this response from Toys R US. I am emailing you to ask for assistance in resolving this issue as I would like to exchange the product for one that last longer than 15 days. This product although is not much money for some people for me 400.00 is a lot of money and cannot afford to purchase another tablet for my grandson. I believe you might be the only person who might be able to assist me in this matter.
