Ray sent a message to Michael D. White, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer DIRECTV, Inc. – email address that said:
Mr. White,
I wanted to express my concern regarding my recent customer service experience. I called to schedule an appointment on 8-18-16 to have my satelite looked at because it lost a signal. I was told by the person on the phone that an appointment would be set up for the following day between 12-4. Today is my appointment and I called earlier to see if the tech can call before he came out and was told the note was added to the account. At 15 min til 4pm I called because noone had shown up yet and was told the appointment was never scheduled. I purposely took off work so that my family would not have to go the weekend without television. I am so dissapointed with DirectTv and am really considering ending my service . As you can tell I am very frustrated...where is the accountability for whoever told me I had an appointment and the person who supposedly pt the note on my account to have the tech call. Why should I be a DirectTv customer after this?
