Mr. Wilson,
My deceased son has had a claim with Allstate which has been handled very poorly with numerous delay tactics by Ms. Alford. Claiming to have all the necessary information then later stating they could not locate items. If this is the way Allstate settles claims perhaps I have been wrong in being a customer for over thirty year. I copied you on the last fax to Ms. Alford however I doubt you will see the fax.
