Mr. Young,
TXU has confused me with another Roger Gunderson who lived or lives in Texas. I have never lived In Texas, I live in Iowa. I've been dinged my credit report as a write off bad debt, which your past client, Roger Gunderson, skipped out on. I've contacted TXU and , Experian to get this removed. No action. It caused my credit rating to drop from 780 to 680. Now another collection from FBCS, whom I've never heard from before, has hit my report with "collection". I've fought this for months and decided you're a more responsible party to talk with.
