Mrs Good I really need some help please my grandpa after my uncles passing gave me the house that was his he was sick with cronic back pain he never exited the house for 10 years when I acquired the house I removed almost 4 tons of trash from it in that process I pulled a cord for power from my grandpas residence for lights The reason I need assistance I called to get the power turned on and they told me that I stole a meter or a meter was found on the property that did not belong there no one has been living in the house for over 10 years my grandfather is 89 years old the address is 404 east Main Street 27041 i've tried contacting a supervisor through email and she will not respond with an answer even spoke to her she's accusing me of stealing power I would never its about to get real cold and my pipes are going to freeze and bust because Ive had water on since the summer I offered to pay my power bill a year in advance and pay for a new meter since mine is missing supposedly please help me Im telling the truth thank you !
