Ms. Alber,
I am writing to you to express my disgust and frustration with your company's customer service department.
My wife and I purchased furniture from a Pottery Barn, on November 03, 2015.
Every attempt by us to speak with a representative results in hold times of 30-40 minutes and ends with a promise to call us back.
We are at the limit of our patience and will be cancelling our order if we do not have concrete information soon.
Having been long time retail customers of Pottery Barn, this experience has made us very sceptical of ever purchasing other items from Pottery Barn.
